Board of Directors

Judy Shaw

Judy Shaw

Judy Shaw is retired from Texas Instruments where she led teams developing semiconductor process technology.  She is an alumnus of Leadership Texas and a member of Women in Technology’s Hall of Fame. Judy formerly served as Treasurer and Board Chair of Real Options for Women, a Christ-centered pregnancy clinic in Plano, TX.

Judy has been blessed by wonderful mentors and role models throughout her life. Because of this, her favorite role at TI was that of a mentor to other women. Her commitment to Shiloh Place grew out of this love of mentoring and discipling, and her relationships with the young women she met at Real Options for Women.

Kelly Burgess

Kelley Burgess

Kelley is wife to Bob and the mother of 4 children. She enjoys spending time in their garden and orchard. Her years spent as a foster parent, participating on inner city mission trips, and serving as a client advocate at the pregnancy center led to much prayer and research on how best to serve the poor.

Wendy Gillen

Daniel Brasch

Daniel’s career experiences include being on staff at Young Life, a Capernaum volunteer, youth pastor, and as a project manager in the home building industry before becoming the Property Manager at Cornerstone Ranch. He is a skilled handyman and craftsman who loves using his gifts to serve in such a unique ministry setting. Daniel and Rachel have a two-year-old daughter and look forward to raising kids as part of the Cornerstone family. He is also a key member of the Shiloh maintenance team.

Bob Burgess

Bob Burgess is President of Flair Data Systems in Plano, Tx, a systems integrator of Cisco Systems serving customers in North Texas and Colorado. As a Deacon of Redeemer Presbyterian in McKinney, Bob wanted a more effective and long term solution to the problems of poverty, especially for single mothers.  After much research visiting other shelters in 2013, Bob and his wife Kelley helped start Shiloh Place.
